I'm so sorry you had a negative haircut experience. You're feelings are similar to mine about a haircut, if I'm spending THAT much money, I want to be wow'd by what is done. The fact that she didn't listen to you about how to get your hair to curl the right direction (you, said person who LIVES with said hair) to me means she wasn't a good hairdresser. Ugh. Sorry.
