That's awful that was the case at BGW. I "think" (though cannot confirm) that they handle things better now. I know they do at Kings Dominion at least, because I've seen it happen. I was in a haunted house at KD behind a jerk of a teenaged boy. The scarers radio'd to security and an officer was standing at the exit to pull him and his family aside.
