Oooo that's a big payroll fuckup. Somebody's ass is getting handed to them. I hope you get an answer, and that you just don't get a generic "system error that we corrected" excuse.
I do payroll for our stagehands and it's honestly one of the more anxiety inducing aspects of this job. I hate payroll errors of any sort because I know it's messing with people's living.
