Pickled eggs are a traditional thing at fish and chip shops in the UK, and I have bought them now and then, but fascinating to know they're a regional thing in the US! Mustard ones would appeal to me too, but I'd want to buy one egg (this being how they sell them in the chippy) rather than the whole jar.
The tricky ones will definitely come up, with the transcription - this sounds like a lot of judgement is needed, but yeah, hard to do that when you're still developing it. Sounds like the supervisor understands, though!
Not at all sure how I'd deal with remoted drums, either playing them or playing with them! I can see how it makes sense for space and controlling the levels, I suppose.
