No it’s not that. It’s that everything is last minute and chaotic because this is a new show for a new park.
Basically the employment for this show is through a third-party. The audition panel selected some of us, but they still have to get Universal’s approval, so our names have been submitted for a meeting on Friday to determine who will be in the show. They want to start onboarding and rehearsals almost immediately, but can’t actually make an offer of a job to anyone until Friday, which is the day after onboarding lol.
Honestly it’s very similar to when I worked at Busch Gardens, everyone flying by the seat of their pants.
I’m glad to get any sort of hint at an offer. I’ve actually never won an audition before in my entire career.
