I remember when Rise opened it was a 2-3 hour wait typically. Now it averages 60 minutes, but can be lower than that at certain times (meal times, when the park first opens, etc)
But even so, 10 minutes is VERY quick for that ride! Not something anyone should expect unless they're in the park for a private event!
Food was incredible, and at 50% off, a VERY big treat.
